how do i submit dropbox samples? due to dropbox's new link format which adds ?rlkey= in their links, preventing signed out users from downloading the content unless it includes it, dropbox links are completely broken and i had to find it out the hard way. unless the ?rlkey part gets added into how ultraabox inherently handles custom samples, it will not work. from what i've seen, the samples rlkey get completely stripped, making it unusable. im looking to add raw.githubusercontent.com links soon to alleviate file.garden's hosting costs, even by just a little

why do new categories take longer to add and not instant (like the user-submitted one)? while its true that google sheets now handles the data, i still have to make a "ui" for everyone to see it in the site - which are the pages you are looking at. i have to add an html, edit the js so it accepts it as a new category, make a new card in the mainpage as well as make it a link on the sidebar, requiring me to push out an update to my page plus, i dont exactly check on this everyday...

can i request something? yes, but it will take longer to add due to the extra work. if you have a soundfont you want extracted, head on over to this link: requests google form

what happens to old/unused/duplicate sample links? if i remove them, i may accidentally break someone's song out there. so, they are kept! don't worry about your songs sounding like an auditory representation of an error - unless file.garden goes down, i'm not deleting what i uploaded
